Welcome to FlyTeam, Automate your business operations via Telegram. CRM, analytics, and integrations — all in one chat interface provided by FlyTeam (the "Company"). By accessing or using FlyTeam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use FlyTeam.

Service Description

FlyTeam is an AI Boilerplate that provides users with access to a private GitHub repository upon payment.

The Company grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use FlyTeam for their personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Payment and Refunds

Access to the private GitHub repository is provided upon payment of the applicable fees.

Due to the nature of the product, the Company does not offer refunds for FlyTeam.

Intellectual Property

FlyTeam and all its components, including the boilerplate code, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users are prohibited from reselling or distributing the boilerplate code as-is without prior written consent from the Company.

Users are permitted to build applications using the boilerplate and monetize them as they see fit, provided they do not sell the code as-is.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for their use of FlyTeam and any applications built using the boilerplate.

Users must ensure that their use of FlyTeam complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users are prohibited from using FlyTeam for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of FlyTeam.

The Company does not warrant that FlyTeam will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or meet users' requirements.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to FlyTeam at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, users must immediately cease using FlyTeam and delete all copies of the boilerplate code in their possession.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for any changes. Continued use of FlyTeam after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By accessing or using FlyTeam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use FlyTeam.
